Can I curl and straighten my hair extensions?

Just like your own hair, Super Queen Hair can be straightened, styled and curled. In order to preserve and extend the lifespan of your Super Queen Hair,however, we suggest to always use a heat protectant spray prior to styling your hair.

Additionally, we recommend to only use a low heat setting of 120C/250F, as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. The reason why we recommend opting for a lower heat setting is because it will prolong the lifespan of your hair. While our own hair may be able to handle a high heat setting, our hair is also constantly getting revitalized from the scalp, whereas hair extensions don’t get that sort of constant nutrition.

How long do super queen hair extensions last?

The lifespan of Super Queen Hair is determined by how well they are taken care of, what products are used on them, and how often they are worn. Usually, the lifespan of Super Queen Hair is 12 months up to 2 years or longer, depending on the general care they receive.

How do I care for my hair extensions?

To properly care for your extensions you should shampoo and condition regularly with a high-quality sulfate-free shampoo. Use a sulfate-free creamy conditioner to add moisture. Use a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools, and sleep on a satin pillowcase (or in a satin cap) to reduce breakage, tangles, and thinning.

How do I prepare my bundles for install?

To prepare your bundles for install, pre-wash and condition your bundles with high-quality shampoo and conditioning products that are Sulfate Free.

Can I dye my hair extensions?

Yes, you can dye our Brazilian and Indian Collections. Our Dyed Brazilian Collection in Blonde has been pre-bleached, making it easier to deposit color into the hair. We recommend that you allow an experienced hair care professional to color of your hair extensions.


I placed my order and want to Change my shipping address. How can I do that?

Please e-mail us at [email protected] with your order number and your new shipping address. If your order has not yet been processed at our warehouse or been shipped, we will place your order on hold and send you a custom invoice. Kindly let us know once the invoice has been paid so we can manually release your order for processing again. If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to change your shipping address.

May I return or exchange my Super Queen Hair extensions without contacting you or getting an RMA?

You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We only ship to P.O. boxes when using standard shipping. If you are using express or signature required shipping, you must enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.

My tracking information shows my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What do I do?

We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. I have -a military address, can I place an order with you?

Yes! We ship to military addresses. All mail is shipped via fedex to a military base who is then responsible for delivering the package to your final destination. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 3-5 business days.

At check-out, please select United States as the country, and in the state drop-down menu, you will have the option to select one of the following: Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific.

Do I have to pay taxes, customs, or duties on my order?.

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Luxy Hair, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee.
